During the "Trip to the Hot Seat" segment, hosted by Carmina Villarroel along with her twins Casy and Mavy Legaspi, guest Liezel Lopez probed Marta about his relationship with Barretto. "Mula nung magkasama kayo sa isang soap, madalas kayong nakikitang magkasama ni Miss Claudine Barretto off-cam. On a scale of 1 to 10, paano mo i-re-rate ang level ng closeness/intimacy ninyo ni Miss Claudine Barretto?" Lopez asked. Marta rated their closeness as a "10," indicating a deep connection not only with Barretto but also with her children.
Further pressed by Lopez about his feelings, Marta responded, "I'm going to be honest. Totoo. Ako naman, 'yung naramdaman ko at that moment, naging totoo ako, gusto ko rin naman talaga si Claudine," revealing his genuine affection for Barretto. The hosts playfully teased Marta for using Barretto's first name, indicating a level of intimacy in their interactions.
Marta highlighted the qualities that drew him to Barretto, stating, "Kahit hindi siya si Claudine, kahit naman sinong lalaki, magugustuhan pa rin po siya.
