Broader Scope: - Additional Projects: Port projects are also planned for the provinces of Catanduanes, Masbate, and Sorsogon. These initiatives aim to speed up the trade and transportation of essential goods, particularly food and agricultural products.
Agrarian Support: - Land Distribution: During his visit to the Albay Astrodome in Legazpi City, Marcos distributed 2,115 certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs) and electronic titles (e-titles) to 1,965 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in the Bicol region.
- Farm Equipment: A total of 617 farm machineries and equipment, valued at P20.66 million, were handed over to ARBs. Additionally, eight completed farm-to-market road (FMR) projects worth P193 million were turned over to various local government units in Camarines Sur.
