Anne Curtis took a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reminiscing about her time on the iconic '90s TV show T.G.I.S. On her Instagram Stories, the It's Showtime host reshared a collage of promotional photos from the year 2000, featuring herself alongside former actor Chubi del Rosario.
"The only 'love team' I ever had," Anne playfully wrote, accompanied by a laughing emoji. The collage, originally posted by the popular Instagram account '90s Kabaklaan, was set to a song by M2M, a tune that Anne fondly remembered using for her mall shows. She responded to the post with red heart emojis and shared this fun trivia with her followers.
Anne and Chubi were both part of Batch 3 of the beloved coming-of-age series, which premiered on GMA Network on August 12, 1995, and ran for over 200 episodes. The series was so popular that it even spawned a film, T.G.I.S.: The Movie, which was released in 1997.
Earlier this month, T.G.I.S. lead star Angelu De Leon marked the show's 29th anniversary with a reunion of the main cast, including Bobby Andrews, Ciara Sotto, and Michael Flores. Directors Mark Reyes and Dominic Zapata, along with the show's writer Kit Villanueva Zapata, also joined in the celebration.
